U10 Bombers Bring Home First Sweep Of The Season!

Not to be outdone, the U10 Bombers brought home their first sweep of the season against the Jr. Spinners. This was the first two game sweep for the U10 Bombers. The Bombers have lost some close games this season and it was nice to see them close the door on a couple of victories.

The team was lead by strong pitching performances from Aidan Moore, Lucca Faggiano, Wade Joseph, and Sam Shuckerow. As a group this was by far their best combined performance. Aidan and Sam combined to give up no runs in a 6 to 0 win in game one. This was followed up by a five inning gem from Lucca, with Wade coming in to close the door in the 6th for a 6-2 win. The team did not need many runs, but Cameron Lynch and Matthew Lee delivered big extra base hits to seal both games.

The U10 Bombers will look to pick up another double header this weekend against a yet to be determined opponent.
