COACH MATTHEW STEIN TO JOIN WELLESLEY HIGH SCHOOL COACHING STAFF!!

Congratulation to Coach, Matthew Stein (Coach Stein), on recently joining the Wellesley High School Coaching staff. This new coaching job is a natural fit for Coach Stein who has volunteered to coach in Wellesley little league for more than a decade, and coached in the Elite baseball League (EBL) for both the Triple Crown Kings, and most recently the Beantown Bombers. Coach Stein is bringing a wealth of experience Coaching in the metro west area to his new role. This new role with the High School is a natural extension of Coach Stein’s experience coaching in the Wellesley community, and on the competitive landscape of the EBL. Coach Stein will continue with the Bombers this year coaching the U12 Navy team through the hyper competitive EBL division 1 season and various tournaments. Next year, the Bombers hope to grow the program with Coach Stein helping lead a combination of the U12 Navy and Red teams into the U13 age groupings, along with current U12 Red coach and current Wellesley High School pitching coach, Mike Roberts. Now our currently Wellesley players can play for their future High School coaches. For our non-Wellesley players, they will get the benefit of playing for coaches with both High School coaching experience and College connections as they prepare for their future High School season, and potentially getting noticed by College recruiters.
